Dustin’s Doves provides professional white dove release ceremonies for funerals, memorials, weddings, and special occasions throughout North Carolina. Each service is handled with care, respect, and attention to the meaning of the moment.
Whether you are honoring the life of a loved one or celebrating a joyful beginning, we would be honored to help create a peaceful and memorable release.

Weddings

There is no happier occasion than the unification of a husband and wife. Just like people, white doves have one mate for their entire lives. They spend most of their time together and both take equal responsibility in raising their young. If you would like to commemorate your wedding vows with a white dove release we have several options!
  • Practice Makes Perfect - This is our premium wedding package. It includes a release using White doves at both your wedding rehearsal and wedding. This package starts at $1500 covering the release of two white doves at both the rehearsal, and the wedding.
  • Doves of Love - Our baseline wedding package costs $1000 and includes the release of two white doves at your wedding.
  • The packages above are priced for the release of two doves, but many people like to have their bridesmaids and groomsmen release doves as well! Additional doves can always be added to any package for an additional $100 per dove.

Funerals/Memorials

Funeral Dove Release Services begin at $500 and include your choice of either a Single Dove Release or our Trinity Release Service.

Additional doves may be added to any service for $100 per dove.

Our Trinity Release is a deeply meaningful option that reflects our Christian faith. This service consists of two coordinated releases. First, three doves are released together, representing the Holy Trinity — God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Immediately following, a single dove is released in honor of the deceased. After release, the single dove joins the other three, and all four depart together, symbolizing unity, peace, and eternal life. 

Ideal for smaller or more intimate services, the Single Dove Release features one dove presented in a beautiful decorative cage. Prior to release, we are happy to walk around with the dove so that family and guests who wish may gently touch the dove and offer a quiet prayer. The dove may then be released by a family member, and music may be played upon request, creating a peaceful and personal moment of remembrance.


Other Costs and Additional Doves

When services are booked more than 24 hours in advance and do not fall on a major holiday, there are no additional fees. All standard services, travel, and care are fully included in the price of the selected package.

Additional doves may be added to any service for $100 per dove.

A $100 expedited booking fee applies to services scheduled less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the funeral service.

A $100 major holiday service fee applies to services held on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Sunday.

While travel fees were previously required for select locations, as of 2026 all travel is fully included in the price of the service you select.

​Monument Cleaning & Seasonal Gravesite Care

In addition to our dove release ceremonies, we are honored to offer monument cleaning and seasonal gravesite care through Mackenzie’s Monument Cleaning Service, a monument care service by Dustin’s Doves.
Services may include gentle headstone cleaning, standard seasonal flowers, light gravesite tidying, and photo updates after each visit. One-time cleanings and ongoing care plans are available for families who want their loved one’s resting place cared for throughout the year.
